Q: Who is the S3 Elite Membership for?
A: This exclusive membership option is perfect for those who don't need the full support of a coach, but could benefit from having a program to follow and are interested in continuing to learn about effective nutrition and exercise practices.
This program is adjustable for all levels from beginners to elite athletes, powerlifters, physique competitors and everyone in between.
Q: Are the workouts customized to me and my goals?
A: The program provided is the same for all members with a new program released each month. The program is great for a wide variety of strength and physique development goals, but if you are in need of a more personalized program, I would be happy to work with you! Check out my 'Training and Coaching' page and fill out the Coaching Application and I will get back to you as soon as possible regarding getting you set up with custom coaching.
Q: What kind of workouts are included?
A: The S3 training program includes 4 full strength training workouts each program with a new program released every month. The workouts are designed to be done in a gym setting and are designed to optimize physique and strength development. The workouts have a glute focus but include options to focus more on other muscle groups if glute development is not your primary focus.
Q: How long are the workouts?
A: All of the workouts should take about 45 minutes to 1 hour. If you don't quite have that much time to workout, it's recommended to reduce volume by eliminating 1 set of the last 2-4 exercises in each workout.
Q: Is there a nutrition plan included?
A: Although there is no specific meal or nutrition plan provided, members gain access to exclusive video lessons and write ups on various nutrition topics to help them guide them to better optimize their own diet and nutritional approach.
Q: What level of experience is required?
A: The S3 program can be done by members with any level of experience, ranging from beginner to advanced. Basic knowledge on form, exercise and machine names is recommended to ensure safety and best results for all members.
Q: What do I get besides workouts?
A: Along with a full monthly program, members will have access to exclusive new content on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This content includes but is not limited to video lessons on various fitness/nutrition topics, evidence based fitness articles, trainer tips, form review videos, Q & A's with questions from members, workout playlists, a forum to interact and share with other members and more.
Q: Can I cancel at any time?
A: Yes. S3 members can cancel their membership at any time with no questions asked and no further payment obligations.
Q: What's the difference between the S3 Elite Membership and your online coaching services?
A: While the S3 Elite Membership is great for those who are looking for a great monthly program to follow and are interested in receiving more reliable information regarding fitness and nutrition, my custom coaching includes all of the above with the additional benefit of a customized program specifically tailored to each client and their goals/needs. Custom coaching also includes progress check ins, frequent one on one contact, nutrition coaching, video form check ins, mindset coaching and additional activity/cardio programming if applicable.
