Kiana is the best trainer I have ever met!!! I was looking for female trainer that understands my personal goals, especially one who I can relate to, and when I met her, I knew that she was the one for me.
Kiana is super responsive, considerate and really listens to your personal needs and goals. I have been training with her consistently for over a year now, and saw progress very quickly! People at my gym also noticed, because more and more people I see there almost everyday compliment either that I have gotten stronger OR my physique has changed for the better, and its all thanks to Kiana's training and nutrition advice! I’ve been working with Kiana for almost a year. She has guided me nutritionally though competition prep, getting me stage ready to compete in bodybuilding figure class. She got me through prep flexible dieting. No cookie cutter diet, I got to enjoy foods I like. Now that competition is over she has been AMAZING with helping me slowly reverse diet. It’s easy to be coherent when I get to choose my foods while staying in the guided macros she gives me.
